Not red hot but still putting good limits of 15-16” kokanee in the box every morning.

Changed things up today. Trolled straight for the little Truckee arm picking up Kokanee after Kokanee along the way. Hit the shallows in the Truckee for a bunch of dink cutthroats and 5 pansized native rainbows. Turned around and trolled back to ramp to finish our limit of Kokanee.  Ya don’t have to fish with the pack of boats to catch 50 kokanee...

In preparation for next weeks purpleheartanglers day, Larry and his new fiance(proposed on my boat today!!) went out in search of stampede Kokanee and were rewarded with a limit stick of 15”-16+” fairly quickly(less than 3 hrs).
