This week has been crazy warm and the spotted bass is the best it's ever been .We are catching fish from 5 feet to 20 early morning deeper water and later in mid day they are close to the banks.Bubblegum 4inch worms have been my favorite and of course green pumpkin tubes or Ned rigs are the go to stuff...

Today Jim Zaves caught this 28 inch Brown Troit on Shasta lake trolling 2 mph with broken back Rapala lures .This was the only big fish caught today but any day these big fish will start hitting We are fishing from Macloud arm dam .Please call for open dates 530-515/5951 

This morning Dave fished for trout and steelhead from kewswick dam area to Battle Creek bridge.They put around 15 miles of river fishing in picking up fish almost throughout the river system .
