It has been another fantastic 10 days of catching (and releasing) on the Klamath river.
Simply put if you want a good time on water then give me a call and lets put a fall winter steelhead and trout trip together. I have few open dates left in November and about 14 days left in December.
It is pretty easy to just let the my pictures speak for me but I'll add a few words. The action has been darn good to great. The fish are feasting on spawning salmon eggs. Drifting fishing under the bobber/indicator has been the red hot method the last few weeks.
I do it all in terms of fishing techniques. I provide all the gear you just show up with the California fishing license and steelhead report card. The rest is simple we fish with either flyrods, spinrods or baitcasting rods and catch fish. Yes we pretty much releases them all but we if catch a hatchery fish you can keep it.
The fishing on the Klamath is excellent all winter and I often fish well into March and April so you have future dates available.
I also have the perfect stocking stuffer gift certificate available for that friend or loved one. Give me a call 530 905 0758 or book online at Caldwellfishing.com
