We had three boats working below Corning again today and although the bite has dropped off over the last day or two, Three nice Kings made it in the nets of Captain Kenny and Captain Justins boat giving todays clients some fresh salmon to take home. I had a great crew back again this year, but unfortunately, the limits we scored last season weren't in the cards for us this year. We had a good time in the mild temperatures on the river and even got to cool off with a brief rain shower. The best fishing is yet to come, I just hope it comes sooner than later this season. I've heard there may be some fresh fish moving up river which would be really nice to see. We'll be on the water every day and will keep you posted on this seasons progress.
