I fished Shasta Lake this past week and its been consistently productive.  The trout are going deeper by the day now after a seemingly long stay at the 50' mark.  Tons of Shad in the lake and tons of big trout feeding on them has really made for exciting times during our guided fishing trips.  We're catching rainbows, browns, kings, and even bass on most trips.  With the exception of a big brown a week ago, most rainbows are coming in as big as 4-5 lbs.  Plenty of smaller fish to be had if limits are important, although we are getting limits most days anyways.  Come join us on a guided fishing trip on Shasta Lake and see what the best trout fishing in California looks like!
