I think every year in March when we get this high water it really turns on .Reason these fish are only in certain slots  of the river .Today I notice that fish are moving out in different spots if the river we caught lots if fish down river and also up river Are biggest fish today was 24 inches caught from Mike of Brentwood I've got a couple days left for the month please call 800670 4448 thanks kirk
