Father and son versus boyfriend and girlfriend equals BONK BONK. We like our fish 2 at a time and if you pay your do' s this could be you. The bites were plentiful on the rivers the last few days and it's only going to get better with each storm that pushes a rise down the rivers.
The Klamath, Smith, and Chetco all fished well this last weekend and we saw good signs of fresh fish in each river system. The fish were traveling and moving through the seams in the riffles and resting in the tailouts when they reached the top. Side drifting yarn and eggs was the ticket and if you JERK WHEN I TELL YA you will be famous.
I have 4 days on the chetco or smith and 6 days left to fill on the klamath for this winter steelhead season so if you want to get in on what is shaping up to be one of the best season I have seen in 6 years get a hold of me soon.
